James C. Moon honored with 2025 Distinguished Service Award


Miami |July 1, 2025 – Meland Budwick, P.A. is proud to announce that partner James C. Moon has received the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar’s 2025 Distinguished Service Award. The award was presented at this year’s annual Florida Bar Convention in Boca Raton.
The Distinguished Service Award recognizes outstanding members for their contributions and achievements. A long-standing and active member of the Section, Moon has served as past Chair of the Pro Bono Committee, the Judicial Liaison Committee, the Inclusion/Mentoring/Fellowship Committee, and the Bankruptcy/UCC Committee.
Moon represents national and international clients in complex commercial and cross-border litigation, as well as in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy matters.
