Bayla “Bella” Sandman is a Miami-based real estate, corporate, and transactional attorney and associate with Meland Budwick, P.A. She advises clients on commercial and residential real estate transactions, loan transactions and workouts, construction and mortgage loans, equity deals, corporate transactions, joint ventures, and real estate development matters.
Bella’s work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate documents, including purchase/sale contracts, loan documents, and closing documents involving construction loans, joint ventures, and real estate developments, as well as examining and navigating through properties’ title and lien search issues.
Bella first joined the firm as a law clerk, supporting commercial real estate transactions and drafting sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and related financing documents.
During law school, Bella clerked at a New York-based firm in Miami where she worked on bank fraud and other white-collar crime matters. Prior to that, she was a paralegal at an investment management firm in New York.
Bella earned her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A. in political science summa cum laude from Yeshiva University.
