Will J. Rosenzweig is a Miami-based commercial litigation attorney and partner with Meland Budwick, P.A., where he represents clients in complex business disputes and government enforcement and defense matters in state and federal courts. A former federal prosecutor, Will brings substantial trial, appellate, and investigative experience to high-stakes commercial litigation and fraud-related disputes.
Prior to joining Meland Budwick, Will served for five years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida. In that role, he prosecuted fraud cases, financial crimes, and other significant federal matters through trial and appeal. His government experience gives him a practical understanding of federal investigations, courtroom strategy, and the issues businesses and individuals face when navigating complex litigation.
Before entering public service, Will practiced at leading national and international law firms, where he managed government enforcement defense matters, internal investigations, and complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions. His experience includes assisting in securities fraud trials, overseeing coordinated defense strategies across multiple jurisdictions, and handling all phases of civil litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and appeals.
Will received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he was an editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and a Moot Court Champion. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government and History, cum laude, from Cornell University.
