About Alexander E. Brody

Alexander E. Brody, an associate with Meland Budwick, P.A., focuses his practice on commercial litigation and also handles matters related to bankruptcy, financial frauds, and trade secrets & IP.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Thomas Logue of the Third District Court of Appeals and as a legal intern for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Alex was also a fellow at the University of Miami School of Law Startup Practicum where he provided pro bono assistance to clients in selecting and forming business entities, and drafted employee, joint venture, and other agreements.

Alex received both his law and business degrees from the University of Miami. While in law school, he served as the Online Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review and was a member of the law school’s Honor Council.
