Miami | September 18, 2023 – Meland Budwick, P.A. is pleased to announce the expansion of the firm with the addition of Jacob R. Friedman as Of Counsel.

Jacob was an associate at one of the leading litigation firms in the country where he focused on complex commercial litigation, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy matters. Jacob’s experience includes handling a wide range of commercial matters in both state and federal courts throughout the United States as well as regulatory investigative matters across government agencies.

His varied litigation practice encompasses virtually all types of business disputes spanning numerous industries and covers a broad spectrum of issues, including breach of contract, business torts, valuation disputes, partnership and corporate shareholder disputes, securities and common law fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty.

Prior to joining the firm, Jacob was the CEO and Co-Founder of a regulatory technology company.
