Prior to joining the firm in 2010 as an Associate, Ostroff had worked for five years at Weil, Gotshal & Manges where he was part of the Employment Litigation and Complex Commercial Litigation practice groups.
At Meland Budwick, P.A., Ostroff focuses his practice on business litigation and trade-secrets/noncompete law and litigation. He helps businesses protect their interests and resolve disputes, often in bet-the-company circumstances.
A trial lawyer with experience trying bench and jury trials, Ostroff has litigated and arbitrated a broad range of business disputes, including cases involving breaches of contract, business torts, business defamation, civil conspiracy, and deceptive and unfair trade practices He has extensive experience litigating trade-secrets and noncompete actions, including obtaining and defending against emergency injunctive relief.
Ostroff received a law degree, summa cum laude, in 2004 from the University of Miami School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in 2001 from Emory University.
