MIAMI (Sept. 12, 2013) – Jonathan S. Feldman, an associate in the bankruptcy department of Miami law firm Meland Budwick, P.A., has been selected as Co-Chair of the Dade County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Law Committee. In this role, he will coordinate and plan continuing legal education events regarding bankruptcy and other issues related to insolvency for the local legal community. He will serve a one-year term.
“I am honored and excited for the opportunity to serve in this position and look forward to working closely with my colleagues on the committee to support the ongoing practice of bankruptcy law,” said Feldman, who focuses his law practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation, representing creditors, committees, trustees and debtors.
Feldman received his law degree, with honors, from Emory University School of Law. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
