MIAMI (September 5, 2013) – Daniel N. Gonzalez, of counsel to Miami law firm Meland Budwick, P.A., has been elected president of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida. In this role, he will work closely with the board of directors to chart a course for the organization, as well as oversee its various activities including networking and educational events, pro bonoprogram, and other advocacy initiatives.

“I’m honored to be given the opportunity to serve my colleagues and the general public through the excellent work performed by the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida,” Gonzalez said. “I look forward to a productive and impactful term.”
