MIAMI (Jan. 14, 2014) – Daniel N. Gonzalez has been elevated to partner at Miami law firm Meland Budwick, P.A., the firm today announced. Previously, Gonzalez was of counsel at Meland Budwick, P.A.

At Meland Budwick, P.A., Gonzalez focuses his practice on financial restructuring and reorganization, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy litigation, bankruptcy trustee representation, asset sales and purchases in liquidation proceedings, federal and state court receiverships, complex commercial litigation, and representation of sellers and purchasers of real estate. He has served in various leadership capacities for several professional and community organizations and is currently president of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida.
Gonzalez received a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a law degree from the University of Florida College of Law.
