Ostroff, a trial lawyer with experience trying bench and jury trials, focuses his practice on business litigation and trade-secrets/noncompete law and litigation. He has experience litigating and arbitrating a broad range of business disputes, including cases involving breaches of contract, business torts, business defamation, civil conspiracy, and deceptive and unfair trade practices. Throughout his career, Ostroff has received numerous awards and accolades for his legal and community work. He received a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and a law degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Miami.
