About Emily W. Ebner

Emily W. Ebner, of counsel to Meland Budwick, P.A, focuses her practice on commercial litigation.

After graduating from law school, Emily worked as an attorney at Kaye Scholer LLP in New York City, where she was previously employed as a summer associate. Emily assisted in representing numerous clients, including an international pharmaceutical company in all aspects of high-profile product liability litigation. After working in New York for several years, she relocated with her family to Miami Beach. Emily has worked at several prestigious South Florida law firms, handling a variety of commercial matters, including business litigation, intellectual property, and employment law.
