About Emily W. Ebner

Emily W. Ebner, of counsel to Meland Budwick, P.A, focuses her practice on commercial litigation.

Emily began her legal career at Kaye Scholer LLP in New York City, where she previously served as a summer associate. Emily assisted in representing high-profile clients, including an international pharmaceutical company in complex products liability litigation. After working in New York for several years, Emily relocated with her family to Miami Beach and continued her practice  at several leading South Florida law firms. Her experience spans a range of commercial matters, including business litigation, intellectual property, and employment law.
