About Jennifer Greenberg

Jennifer Greenberg, of counsel with Meland Budwick, P.A., focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes and financial frauds.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer spent seven years at the New York office of Latham & Watkins. She previously worked in-house at a multinational financial services institution in New York where she coordinated and supervised global internal investigations involving allegations or incidents of possible breaches of law, regulation or policy, most notably anti-money laundering regulations and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Jennifer has extensive experience representing international corporations and financial institutions in commercial disputes, particularly those involving contracts, securities liability, and financial malfeasance. She has also advised individuals and corporations facing white-collar criminal liability and regulatory enforcement actions from the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice.

Through her volunteer work with Legal Services of Greater Miami, Jennifer provides pro bono representation to low-income clients.
