About Jennifer Greenberg

Jennifer Greenberg, an of counsel with Meland Budwick, P.A., focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes and financial frauds.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked for seven years at the New York office of Latham & Watkins. She previously worked in-house at a multinational financial services institution in New York where she coordinated and supervised a variety of global internal investigations involving allegations or incidents of possible breaches of law, regulation or policy, most notably anti-money laundering regulations and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Jennifer has extensive experience representing international corporations and financial institutions in commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contractual disputes, securities liability and financial malfeasance. She has also advised individuals and corporations facing white-collar criminal liability and regulatory enforcement actions from the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice.

Through her volunteer work with the Legal Services of Greater Miami, Jennifer provides low-income individuals with legal representation.
