What was your biggest challenge in 2024 and how did you adapt?

The biggest challenge for Meland Budwick in 2024 was managing the sheer scale and intricacy of the DC Solar fraud including multiple contentious adversary proceedings simultaneously. However, the firm’s deep bench of talented attorneys and collaborative, multidisciplinary approach allowed it to adapt and streamline case strategies.
