Meland Budwick Managing Partner Eric Ostroff Joins University of Miami School of Law Faculty as Adjunct Professor
Miami | January 8, 2026 — Meland Budwick, P.A. is pleased to announce that Managing Partner Eric Ostroff will join the University of Miami School of Law as an adjunct professor teaching Trade Secrets Law.
In this role, Eric will bring real-world insights to the classroom, including lessons on business development, professional habits, and strategies for managing stress and anxiety, helping prepare the next generation of legal professionals for success in practice.
Ostroff has served as Managing Partner since 2020 and focuses his practice on business and intellectual property litigation. He is nationally recognized for his work in trade secrets and noncompete cases and regularly handles complex commercial disputes involving breach of contract, fiduciary duties, business defamation, unfair competition, false advertising, and deceptive and unfair trade practices.
