Meland Budwick's Meaghan Murphy Elected Treasurer of Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida

MIAMI – May 31, 2022 – Meland Budwick today announced that Partner Meaghan Murphy has been elected Treasurer of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida. She will serve a one-year term.
Murphy focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters, including representation of business debtors, bankruptcy trustees and creditors in a variety of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings. She also provides due diligence review assistance for investor clients purchasing distressed loans, and provides necessary litigation representation following purchase.
