Utibe Ikpe named Chair of the Florida Bar Business Law Section’s Business Litigation Committee
Miami | July 18, 2025 – Meland Budwick, P.A. is proud to announce that Utibe Ikpe was named Chair of the Florida Bar Business Law Section’s Business Litigation Committee.
The committee organizes CLEs and programming on emerging issues in commercial litigation and helped to establish business litigation as a separate certification area within the Florida Bar.
Utibe represents clients in complex litigation, including shareholder disputes, D&O liability, trade secrets litigation, and fraudulent transfer claims. She is a longtime member of the Business Law Section.
