About Bella Sandman
Bayla “Bella” Sandman, an associate with Meland Budwick, P.A., focuses her practice on real estate, corporate, and transactional matters. She advises clients on a broad range of property and business issues, including loan transactions & workouts—representing both lenders and borrowers—as well as construction and mortgage loans, equity deals, and corporate transactions.
Her work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate documents, including purchase/sale contracts, loan documents, and closing documents involving construction loans, joint ventures, and real estate developments, as well as examining and navigating through properties’ title and lien search issues.
Bella initially joined the firm as a law clerk, supporting commercial real estate transactions and drafting sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and related financing documents.
During law school, Bella clerked at a New York-based firm in Miami where she worked on bank fraud and other white-collar crime matters. Prior to that, she was a paralegal at an investment management firm in New York.
Bella earned her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A. in political science summa cum laude from Yeshiva University.
