About Tiffany A. Winchester

Tiffany A. Winchester, of counsel to Meland Budwick, P.A., handles matters involving real estate, employment, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy and restructuring.

Prior to joining the firm, Tiffany focused on real estate transactions and complex multi-party disputes involving municipal and zoning regulations. Her experience includes representing a major Gulf Coast developer in a $150 million multiple-development real estate project, and defending a large insurance adjusting company against FLSA executive exemption overtime claims and collective action arbitration provisions.

Tiffany earned both her LLM in Real Property Development and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. Tiffany is a Florida native and an avid golfer.
