Eric Ostroff Named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Global IP Lawyers

Meland Budwick, P.A. is pleased to announce that trade secrets and IP attorney Eric Ostroff has been named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Global IP Lawyers, an annual guide recognizing attorneys protecting innovation, defending brand integrity, and advancing the intellectual property matters central to their clients’ businesses.

Eric focuses his practice on trade secrets and noncompete litigation, representing corporate and individual clients across Florida and nationwide for more than two decades. He is the only attorney ranked by Chambers USA in both Florida commercial litigation and intellectual property law. He serves on the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference Working Group on Trade Secrets and teaches Trade Secrets Law at the University of Miami School of Law.

This year’s guide highlights a particularly active period in IP law, spanning trademark disputes over dupes and resale platforms, patent challenges in biotech, and the growing influence of AI across the field.
